Would you like the reward for fasting the complete year written for you?
The Messenger of Allaah صلّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلّمsaid:
صوم
ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر يعدل صوم الدهر كله))))
‘Fasting three days of
every month is equivalent to fasting the whole year.’
