It was narrated from ‘Abd al-Rahmaan ibn ‘Awf (رحمه الله) that the Messenger of Allaah (صلّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلّم) said: 

“If a woman does her five (daily prayers), fasts her month (Ramadhan), guards her chastity and obeys her husband, it will be said to her: Enter whichever of the gates of Paradise you want.”

Narrated by Ahmad (1/191) & classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb (1932)

The Status of the Declaration of Faith  - ‘لا اله الاالله’

It is a declaration (kalimah) that the Muslims proclaim in their daily lives; in their call to Prayer (adhaan), their call to establishing the Prayer (‘iqaamah), their sermons and their speeches. It is: “A declaration upon which the heavens and the earth are established, and for which the whole of the creation was created, and for which Allaah sent Messengers, revealed Books, and prescribed Divine Laws. Because of it the Scales and the Registers were set-up, as were Paradise and Hellfire.

A brief summary of the gathering of Mashaayikh of Ahlul-Sunnah from all over Yemen which took place in Jaami’ as–Sunnah in Sa’waan, by the grace of Allaah سُبحانه وتعالى . This may be old news for many, but it is possible that some of you may not be updated.

Sheikh 'abdul Hameed Al-Hajoori visits Sri Lanka

Below is the schedule of classes as conducted by our Noble Sheikh Abdul Hameed al-Hajoori (May Allah preserve him), at Madrasah Alqamah (Dar as-Salafiyyah):

1. After Fajr
Sifat as-Salah an-Nabiy  (The Prophet's Prayer Described) of Al-'Alaamah Al-Albani rahimahullah. Translated to Tamil.

2. Before Dhuhr at 11:00am
Aqeedat Ahlis Sunnah wal-Jama'ah (The Creed of Ahlus Sunnah) of Imam al-Uthaymeen rahimahullah.
In Arabic only.

3. Muqaddimah Usool At-Tafseer (Introduction to the Fundamentals of Tafsir) by Shaikhul Islam Ibn Taiymiyyah rahimahullah. In Arabic only.

4. After Asr
Qawa'idul Hassan fi Asma'i wa Sifaat ir-Rahman (Very good Principles pertaining to the Names and Attributes of Ar-Rahman)

5. Between Maghrib and Isha.
Aqeedatul Waasitiyyah of Shaikhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah.
