Learn Knowledge before it is taken away...
It
is reported that Abû Al-Dardâ` –(Allâh be pleased with him) used to say:
“Learn knowledge before it is taken way, &
it is taken away by its people (scholars) being taken away. The scholar &
the student are partners in good & there is NO good in any other people.
The richest of men is the knowledgeable man whose knowledge is needed: he
benefits those who need him & if done without, he benefits himself with the
knowledge Allâh ‘azza wa jalla has placed with him.
What can my enemies do to me?
“What can my enemies do to me? I have
in my breast both my heaven & my garden. If I travel they are with me,
never leaving me. Imprisonment for me is a chance to be alone with my Lord. To
be killed is martyrdom & to be exiled from my land is a spiritual journey…”

Whatever Allaah has decreed for His
believing slave is a blessing even if that is in the form of withholding; it is
a favour even if that is in the form of a trial, & the calamity decreed by
him is fair even if it is painful.
