And so the journey re-begins bi’thinillaahi…

 Dar-ul-Hadeeth, Dammaj, Yemen

It has been a while since my last posting! Life has been hectic and access to the net was limited which resulted in the blog being placed on the back burner for a while. Insha-Allaah the blog will be updated soon with lessons I have benefited from Dar-ul Hadeeth, Dammaj, starting with ‘Sifat-ul-Wudhu’ -- a series of lectures by Umm HyattAl-Ameriki (May Allaah preserve her).

From Abee Hurayrah رضي اللّه عنـه: The Prophet صلّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلّم said, “Allah has ninety−nine names, one-hundred minus one, not one of you preserves them them except that he shall enter Paradise. And Allah is witr and loves the witr.”1
(1) Allah (2) Al-Ilaah (3) Al-Hayy (4) Al-Qayyoom

Allah the Most High said,
ٱللَّهُ لَ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّ هُوَ ٱلْحَىُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ

Allah! Laa Ilaaha (Deity, God, that which deserves to be worshipped), illa Huwa, Al-Hayyu (the Ever Living)
Al-Qayyum (the One Who sustains and protects all that exists) ...”2
