By
Ash-Shaykh Yahyaa bin 'Alee Al-Hajooree  حفظه الله
                                                                               Translated by Abee 'Abdil-Jaleel

From Abee Hurayrah رضي اللّه عنـه: The Prophet صلّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلّم said, “Allah has ninety−nine names, one-hundred minus one, not one of you preserves them them except that he shall enter Paradise. And Allah is witr and loves the witr.”1
(1) Allah (2) Al-Ilaah (3) Al-Hayy (4) Al-Qayyoom

Allah the Most High said,
ٱللَّهُ لَ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّ هُوَ ٱلْحَىُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ

Allah! Laa Ilaaha (Deity, God, that which deserves to be worshipped), illa Huwa, Al-Hayyu (the Ever Living)
Al-Qayyum (the One Who sustains and protects all that exists) ...”2

Benefits (Fadl) of Wudhu - Lesson 1

Animated wallpaper, screensaver 240x320 for cellphone

The Books used:
¬ Risaalah of Sheikh Yahya al-Hajoorie حفظه الله Explanation of the 'Aayat-ul-Wudhu'. (5:6)
¬ Sheikh Abdur Rahman al-Aryaani - 'Book of Wudhu'

 Allaah سُبحانه وتعالى  says:
إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ

Truly, Allâh loves those who turn unto Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves...”
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:222)

This is the daleel (evidence) that if one wants to obtain the love of Allaah سُبحانه وتعالى  he must perform Wudhu. The above verse consists of two meanings:

Allaahسُبحانه وتعالى  loves those who repent regularly / consistently. The Prophet صلّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلّم repented to Allaah سُبحانه وتعالى  more than 70 to 100 times a day. So what about us?

With the love of Allaah سُبحانه وتعالى comes ‘Thawfeeq’.

Three things destroy

The Prophet (صلّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلّم) said:

‘Three things destroy:
The greed that is obeyed, the desires that are followed and a person being amazed with his own opinion.’
