Allaah سُبحانه وتعالى said:
لَن
تَنَالُواْ الْبِرَّ حَتَّى تُنفِقُواْ مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ وَمَا تُنفِقُواْ مِن
شَيْءٍ
'By no means
shall you attain Al-Birr (piety, righteousness, Paradise), unless
you spend from that which you love.'
(Soorah
'Āli Imrān 3:92)
The people should implement this verse, even if they do so ONE time. If he is amazed by something from his wealth, then let him give it in charity; perhaps he may attain 'Al-Birr'.
